The AMA reccomendations to the ARC (redacted and edited by the AMA) is HERE
Note that one of the AMA suggestions (top of page six) recommends that only AMA (CBO) members be allowed to fly by removing section 3 (non-AMA members rules) entirely. This would certainly boost their failing membership numbers and add millions of $$$$$ to their coffers.
